5. Liability and Safety
- Safety: GMB Comforts’ commitment to 24/7 CCTV and secure access.
- Personal Property: Disclaimer that GMB Comforts is not liable for loss or damage to residents’ personal belongings (encouraging residents to get insurance).
- Services: Disclaimers regarding temporary service interruptions (e.g., Wi-Fi, power backup).
6. Termination of Residency
- Grounds for Termination: Clearly lists reasons GMB Comforts may terminate residency (e.g., non-payment, major violation of house rules, illegal activity).
